Our sale is your opportunity to own original Toramoto pieces at special prices for a limited time. Because many styles are produced in limited quantities and may never return, we recommend reading the FAQs below before placing your order.

SALE OVERVIEW

The Toramoto Sale is a limited-time event featuring selected apparel at exclusive prices.
Many pieces are part of limited production runs and once sold out, they may not return.

The sale will remain live only while stocks last or until the announced end date, whichever comes first.

Most sale products are final inventory from previous production runs. Once a size sells out, it is unlikely to return.

Price adjustments cannot be applied to orders placed before the sale started.

Unlike mass-market brands, Toramoto doesn't produce unlimited inventory. The sale is our way of making room for future collections while giving our community access to limited pieces at exceptional value.

Every sale item is available only while stocks last. Popular sizes usually sell out first, and we do not reserve inventory in carts.

ORDERS

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately.

Because of the high order volume during the sale, cancellations, size changes, address changes, or product modifications cannot be accomodated.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Although rare, inventory may occasionally oversell.

If this happens, we'll notify you immediately and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

Every product page includes a detailed size chart.

If you're between sizes or need assistance, contact our team before placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unless otherwise mentioned on the product page, sale purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please verify your size before ordering.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Please allow approximately 2–3 working days for dispatch during the sale.

We offer complimentary shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Partial COD may be available for selected pin codes.

Additional verification may be required before dispatch.

Express shipping is unavailable during major sale periods.

Every product sold during the sale is an authentic Toramoto product made to the same quality standards.

Only the price changes.

Qualified Orders above INR 5000 may receive Toramoto Limited edition packaging boxes.

All other orders are shipped in our standard Toramoto packaging.

Gift wrapping may not be available during the sale.
