Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Please note: Sale items, made-to-order products, and all customised items (including personalised Bag Tags) are not eligible for return or exchange. All such purchases are final.

Exchange Policy

An exchange can be requested if the product does not fit as expected, or if it has a manufacturing defect. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn, in original condition
  • With all original tags still attached
  • Packed in the original box
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or payment receipt

Return Policy

Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Please do not send any items back without first receiving written confirmation from our team — unannounced returns will not be accepted.

Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn, in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Free from any signs of wear, use, or damage

All returns are subject to a quality inspection. We will notify you of approval or rejection once the check is complete.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer — please have your account details ready when you contact us.

Step 1: Quality check completed & refund initiated — 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Step 2: Amount reflects in your bank or payment account — additional 3–7 business days, depending on your provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will review your claim promptly and offer an appropriate resolution — such as a replacement, exchange, or full refund — at no cost to you.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will unfortunately not be entertained.

International Orders

Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

As an exception, if you are able to arrange delivery of the item to an address within India (served by our courier partner, Blue Dart) within 14 days of delivery, we will be glad to assist with an exchange. Outbound international shipping costs for the exchanged item may apply.

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Toramoto.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only while they are still being processed — before dispatch from our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Order processing typically begins within 24 hours of placement, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items (discounted or promotional)
  • Made-to-order products
  • Customised items, including personalised Bag Tags
  • Any item that has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
